Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how My Partner ISC (Information Systems & Consulting) (“My Partner ISC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes the personal information we collect through our website and our other digital channels that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Service”), as well as through social media, our communication activities and the other activities described in this document.

My Partner ISC is a Tunisian software publishing and information systems consulting company, founded in 2023 and based in Sfax, Tunisia. Its activities include software publishing, mobile application development, the design of ERP, POS and CRM solutions, and digital transformation consulting and support.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of July 27, 2004 on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP). For customers and users established in the European Union, we also apply, to the extent applicable, the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Personal information we collect

Information you provide to us. The personal information you may provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes:

  • Contact data, such as your first and last name, job title, organization, email address and phone number.
  • Profile data, such as the username and password you set to create an account on the Service, and any other information you add to your profile.
  • User generated content, such as comments, questions, feedback, messages, images, photos, videos and other content you submit to or use with the Service.
  • Communications we exchange with you, including when you contact us through the Service, social media or otherwise.
  • Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
  • Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Third party sources. We may combine the personal information you provide to us with information obtained from other sources, such as:

  • Public sources, such as government authorities, public records, social media platforms and other publicly available sources.
  • Data providers, such as information services and providers of demographic or other data.
  • Business partners, such as co-marketing partners and event co-organizers.
  • Third party services, such as social networks, that you use to log into, or link to, your Service account. This data may include your username, profile picture and other information associated with your account on that third party service, made available to us based on your account settings.

Automatic data collection. We, our service providers and our partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Service and our communications, such as:

  • Device data, such as your operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings and general location information such as city or region.
  • Online activity data, such as pages viewed, time spent on a page, the website you visited before accessing the Service, navigation paths, access times and duration, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked on links within them.

Cookies and similar technologies. Some of the automatic collection described above is carried out using the following technologies:

  • Cookies, small text files that websites store on users’ devices and that allow certain browsing activity to be recorded and preferences and login status to be remembered. Cookies used on our sites include “session cookies” that are deleted when the session ends, “persistent cookies” that remain longer, “first party” cookies that we place and “third party” cookies placed by our partners and service providers.
  • Web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs), images embedded in web content or HTML emails to record that a page was viewed or an email was opened.
  • Local storage technologies, such as HTML5, which provide cookie equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data on your device.

These technologies are used for the following purposes:

  • Technical operation. To enable the technical operation of the Service, including remembering your selections and preferences and your login status for password protected areas.
  • Functionality. To provide enhanced functionality and personalization of the Service.
  • Analytics. To help us understand user activity on the Service, including which pages are most and least visited and how users interact with our emails, for continuous improvement purposes.

Data about invitees. We may offer features that allow users to invite their contacts to use the Service, and we may collect the contact details of those people in order to send them the invitations. Please only share a third party’s contact details with us after obtaining their permission.

How we use your personal information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:

Providing the Service. We may use your personal information to:

  • provide, operate and improve the Service, our software, our applications, our consulting services and our business;
  • facilitate the invitations you wish to send to your contacts to join the Service;
  • communicate with you about the Service, including by sending announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • understand your needs and interests and personalize your experience of the Service and our communications;
  • provide support for the Service and respond to your requests, questions and feedback.

Research and development. We may use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and our business. In doing so, we may create aggregated, de-identified or otherwise anonymous data from the personal information we collect, by removing the elements that identify you. We may use this anonymous data and share it with third parties for lawful business purposes.

Marketing and communications. We may collect and use your personal information to send you direct marketing communications. You may opt out as described in the Opting out of marketing communications section below.

Compliance and protection. We may use your personal information to:

  • comply with applicable law, lawful requests and legal process, including responding to requests from competent authorities;
  • protect our rights, your rights or those of third parties, as well as privacy, safety or property (including by bringing or defending legal claims);
  • audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual obligations and our internal policies;
  • enforce the terms governing the Service;
  • prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

How we share your personal information

We may share your personal information with the following parties and as described in this Policy or at the time of collection.

Affiliates. Any affiliates we may have, for purposes consistent with this Policy.

Service providers. Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as hosting, IT services, customer support, email delivery, communications, payment processing and analytics).

Linked third party services. If you log into the Service with, or link your account to, a social network or other third party service, we may share your personal information with that third party service. The third party’s use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy and your account settings with that third party.

Professional advisors. Our professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the services they provide to us.

Authorities and others. Judicial, administrative and public authorities, as well as private parties, where we believe in good faith that it is necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.

Business transfers. Acquirers and other relevant participants in transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a sale, merger, acquisition, reorganization or other transaction relating to all or part of the business, assets or equity interests of My Partner ISC or its affiliates.

Other users and the public. Your profile and other content you generate may be visible to other users of the Service and to the public. For example, if you post a comment or other content on the Service, it may be viewed, collected and used by others, including being cached, copied, screen captured or stored elsewhere (for example by search engines), and we are not responsible for any such use.

Your choices

Accessing and updating your information. If you have created an account through the Service, you can review and update certain account information by logging into your account.

Opting out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email, or by contacting us. If you choose to stop receiving marketing emails, you may still continue to receive service related emails and other non marketing messages.

Linked third party platforms. If you choose to connect to the Service through your social media account or another third party platform, you can use that account’s settings to limit the information we receive from it. If you revoke our access to information from a third party platform, that choice will not apply to information we have already received.

Other sites and services

The Service may contain links to websites, mobile applications and other online services operated by third parties. In addition, our content may be integrated into other online services that are not associated with us. These links and integrations do not constitute an endorsement of, or a representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control online services operated by third parties and are not responsible for their actions. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other online services you use.

Security

We implement a range of technical, organizational and physical measures designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, since security risks are inherent in internet and information technologies, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

International data transfers

My Partner ISC is based in Sfax, Tunisia, and may use service providers operating in Tunisia and in other countries. Your personal information may therefore be transferred to Tunisia or to other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your state or country of residence. Any transfer of personal data is carried out in compliance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 and, where applicable, the relevant GDPR requirements.

Minors

The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child and believe that we have collected that child’s personal information in violation of the law, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor through the Service without the required consent of their parent or legal guardian, we will comply with the applicable legal obligations to delete that information.

Your rights over your personal data

Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data and, for data subjects established in the European Union, under the GDPR, you have in particular the following rights over your personal information:

  • Right of access. You may request confirmation as to whether or not your data is being processed and obtain a copy of it.

  • Right to object and to withdraw consent. You may object to certain processing or withdraw, at any time, any consent you have previously given.
  • Right to erasure. You may request the deletion of your personal data under the conditions provided by law.

These rights are not absolute and, in certain cases, we may decline your request to the extent permitted by law. To exercise your rights, you may send a request to contact@mypartner-isc.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sfax, Tunisia.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of a material change, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document and publishing it on the Service or by any other appropriate means.
