Subprocessors We Use

1. Purpose

My Partner ISC (Information Systems & Consulting), a software publisher and IT consulting company founded in 2023 and based in Sfax, Tunisia, uses certain third party service providers (the “Subprocessors”) for the publishing and maintenance of its software, mobile applications and ERP/POS/CRM solutions, and for the delivery of its consulting and digital transformation services.

This document lists the Subprocessors that may process personal data on behalf of My Partner ISC in connection with this software, these applications and these services. It is made available transparently to inform our customers and partners of the identity and purpose of each of these Subprocessors.

3. List of Subprocessors

To date, My Partner ISC uses no third party Subprocessor to process personal data. Any change to this list will be published on this page.

4. Personal Data Protection

My Partner ISC processes personal data in compliance with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of July 27, 2004 on the protection of personal data and the requirements of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

Where My Partner ISC acts on behalf of customers established in the European Union, it also ensures that the processing concerned is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), particularly with regard to the safeguards governing any transfers of data outside the European Union.

My Partner ISC uses a Subprocessor only to the extent necessary to provide its software, applications and services. Each Subprocessor is bound by contractual commitments to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of the data processed, and to act only on the instructions of My Partner ISC.

5. Changes to the List of Subprocessors

My Partner ISC reserves the right to change its list of Subprocessors, in particular when a provider is added, replaced or removed. Any material change will be reflected in an update to this document, the date of which appears at the top of the page. Customers and partners are encouraged to consult this page regularly.

6. Billing and Taxation

My Partner ISC services relating to its software, applications and consulting services are invoiced in Tunisian dinars (TND) and are subject, where applicable, to Tunisian value added tax (VAT) at the rate in force. Any costs associated with the use of a Subprocessor are included in the relevant services and do not give rise to any separate invoicing of the customer by the Subprocessor.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This document and all relations it governs are subject to Tunisian law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sfax, Tunisia, failing prior amicable resolution.
